We encourage you to apply during our priority application period, which opens September 12th, 2025, and closes January 21st, 2026.

Admissions decisions will be announced on February 12, 2026. Students in the wait pool will be notified if space becomes available.

Applications received outside this window are considered on a space-available basis. Please contact our admissions team for more information on mid-year transfers or rolling admissions. Financial aid considerations are separate from the admissions process.

01. Submission of Application Materials

Applicants are required to submit the following:
  • A completed Application Form
  • Notarized academic transcripts from junior high and high school
  • Copy of passport
  • Official English proficiency test results (if available)
  • Notarized certificate of current enrollment or high school graduation certificate
  • Application fee of CAD $300

02. Admission Review

Upon review of the submitted materials:
  • Applicants may be invited to complete UT Prep’s online English assessment
  • Full tuition and applicable fees are required upon acceptance
  • A formal Letter of Acceptance will be issued by UT Prep

03. Confirmation of Enrollment

Once payment has been received and the application is approved:
  • UT Prep will issue a Confirmation of Enrollment and official tuition receipt

04. Study Permit Application

  • Students may proceed with their Canadian study permit application.
  • Upon visa approval, students should contact the school to finalize enrollment arrangements and arrival details.
