Our application process is simple and efficient:

1. Complete the Application
Apply through your agency or our online portal.
2. Gather Recommendations
Submit two teacher recommendations (including one from your English teacher).
3. Submit Transcripts
Provide official school records from the past two years (in English).
4. Showcase your English Skills
Submit TOEFL, TOEFL Jr., or ELTIS scores.
5. Connect with Us
Schedule an online interview after completing your application.

Joining the UT Prep Family

Here’s how to secure your spot after acceptance:

1. Study Permit Documentation (International Students)
You will receive a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) to apply for your Canadian study permit. Ensure you have:
  • Valid passport
  • Proof of financial support
  • Required IRCC documents
We will guide you through the process.
2. Health & Insurance Requirements
Submit immunization records and required health documents. International students must arrange health insurance before arrival.
3. New Student Orientation
Attend orientation before the academic year to help you transition smoothly. Details will be shared closer to the start date.

1. Study Permit Documentation (International Students)
After confirming enrollment, our Admissions Team will issue your Letter of Acceptance (LOA), which is required to apply for your Canadian study permit. Please ensure you have:
  • A valid passport
  • Proof of financial support
  • Any additional documents required by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
Our team will guide you through the process and provide supporting documents as needed.
2. Health & Insurance Requirements
All students must submit updated immunization records and relevant health documentation prior to the first day of school. International students are also required to arrange appropriate health insurance coverage before arrival.
3. New Student Orientation
