Residence Accommodation

UT Prep offers on-campus residence as a safe and structured alternative to homestay. Male and female students are housed separately, providing a secure and comfortable living environment with convenient access to public transportation.
Students stay in independent suites with private bathrooms, featuring hot and cold water year-round and air conditioning during the summer months.
Rooms are furnished with essential amenities, including a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and other necessities. Weekly housekeeping services ensure a clean and well-maintained space.
For added security, the main entrance and each floor are electronically monitored, and residence access requires a student identification card.
Students also have access to fitness facilities and library spaces equipped with computers, printers, and study resources, supporting both their academic success and overall well-being.

Homestay Program

Choosing to study abroad is an exciting milestone. At UT Prep, we understand that international students are far from home, and we are committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment they can truly call a home away from home.

Our student residences are conveniently located next to the academic building. Each student has a private room, along with access to shared common areas. Rooms are fully furnished and include kitchen facilities, a refrigerator, sofa, 50” TV, dining table, desk, double bed, seating, internet, heating and air conditioning. Nutritious meals and 24-hour security are also provided.

A dedicated residence supervisor supports students in their daily lives, helping them build independence, adjust to a new environment, and overcome language and cultural barriers so they feel confident and at home within the UT Prep community.

UT Prep is located near a vibrant business district, within walking distance of supermarkets, banks, and restaurants, with convenient public transportation. Scarborough Town Centre is just five minutes away by bus, offering students both a quality learning environment and a well-connected, comfortable lifestyle.
